MyTuitionClassMyTuitionClass
The timetable, class and fees app for tuition centres, run by Adrian Wong (Malaysia). Formerly TopScorerPlus Scheduler.
MyTuitionClass lets a centre's teachers manage their timetable, run group classes and one-to-one lessons, and share time-limited links so parents can sign up, pick a slot that suits them and see their child's lessons. Only times that are actually free are offered.
What it does
- A calendar for lessons, group classes, recurring lessons, rooms, holidays and unavailable times.
- Booking and sign-up links parents use to choose, change or cancel their slots, and a family page for each family.
- Booking notifications, WhatsApp reminders, monthly fee statements and invoices.
- Optional Google Calendar connection: your Google busy times block booking slots, and bookings appear in a calendar named after your centre in your Google account.
The app is used by tuition centre staff, including TopScorerPlus. Parents only use the links they're sent.
